Fried Liver

        • Lambs liver- 1/2 lb (thinly sliced)
        • Red chili powder- 1 tsp
        • Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
        • Salt- 1/2 tsp
        • Oil- 3 tablespoons

        Coat the sliced liver with turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt. Let it marinate for an hour.

        Heat the oil in a pan and fry the marinated liver with its marinade for 10 minutes and serve hot.
