Fried Shrimp

        • Fresh medium shrimp- 1 lb (shelled & deveined)
        • Medium onion- 1 (sliced thinly)
        • Red chili powder- 1 1/2 tsp
        • Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
        • Salt to taste
        • Oil- 2 tablespoons

        Put red chili powder, turmeric and salt to the shrimp and mix well. Set aside for 30 minutes.

        Heat oil in a shallow pan and fry the onions until soft. Then add the marinated shrimp and fry until crisp. Drain on paper towel and serve immediately.
