Another rainy day. Going crazy. Must kill. Or see sunshine for at least ½ a day. Meh. Whichever one comes first. Last night we had a lecture on medieval archaeology in Ireland. Twas quite interesting. I actually paid attention for most of it. So today…seriously…it rained…a lot. Madness. Though it was a good day for my unit, Geoff. He gave me many artifacts. Randa called him a slut. I think she’s jealous. But seriously, on average, I got arti-ma-facts, like, every 15 minutes. I found a lot of redware pieces, even some fairly decent-sized pieces, some white ware, glass and a piece of a pipestem and a few pieces of pipebowls. On a different note, last night I called up my family and convinced my father to find a new place for me to stay in, while I’m in London. Hur-rah! Hopefully I won’t be in a hostel. Granted, I’m not saying they’re horrible, just impractical for me to stay in all alone with a hella lot of stuff. So back to today & rain, so far on my trip, I think I’ve had one day with mostly sun. Even on the weekends, when it’s not raining, it’s cloudy & every work day (minus 1) it’s rained or has been overcast for the majority of the day. So I’m predicting that next Monday and Tuesday, it will be sunny. Let’s hope I’m right. Okay, I’m done writing now. Bye.
