Before he became LT (j.g.) Cochran. Here's a photo of then Petty Officer Cochran qualifying on the M-1 Garand rifle.
The NAVHISDET's work is never done. After the summer 2001 Chesapeake Bay Cruise, NAVHISDET members are seen here loading the garbage (and one worn out sailor) from the cruise into a dumpster on Pier 1, Clinton Street. Rick Bauman, the BROWN's Chief Mate, always says he's going to take this job away from the NAVHISDET, because they always seem to have too much fun doing this....but it never happens.

"Okay...where are they?!?!?!?" Petty Officer Jack Reimer, on the stern of the NORTH CAROLINA, prior to going into downtown Wilmington, NC to look for NAVHISDET members who've not returned to the ship.
