Members of the ceremonial firing party stand at the ready during the memorial service. Normally, Japanese replica aircraft and American fighter aircraft perform flying displays over the BROWN during the cruise. However, weather forced the cancellation of the fly-bys, with the exception of this one, by the B-25 "Briefing Time", flown by the Mid-Atlantic Air Museum in Reading, PA.
