Reviewed from Pantip.com : AHA ค่ะ ลองหา Radiance Essence ของ Neutrogena ดูนะคะ บางที่ยังพอมีขาย อย่าง boots ในเอ็มโพเรี่ยม หรือ Tops ที่โรบินสันรัชดา แล้วกลางวันทาครีมกันแดด เน้นตรงที่เป็นรอย ปกติแล้วพวกนี้ 1 เดือนจะหา แต่ถ้าทากันแดดช่วย และใช้ AHA ช่วยผลัดผิว หากไม่แพ้ จะหายได้ใน 1-2 อาทิตย์ค่ะ (เว้นแต่ว่าจะเป็นรอยจ้ำที่เกิดจากความช้ำเพราะการบีบนะคะ นั่นมันเส้นเลือดฝอยแตก AHA ช่วยบ่ได้ค่ะ) AHA ไม่ต้องทาทุกวันก็ได้ เดี๋ยวมากไป ทาวันเว้น 3 วันไปก่อน ถ้าผิวทนได้ ค่อยเขยิบเป็นวันเว้น 2 วัน พอหายแล้วก็หยุดได้ ถ้าผิวกร้านเมื่อไหร่ค่อยหยิบมาทา ที่สำคัญที่สุดคือกันแดด แนะนำ City Block ของ Clinique, D-Program SPF 19 หรือไม่ก็ Neutrogena Fairness UV Block SPF 30 ค่ะ (2 ตัวแรกเป็น physical sunscreen ส่วนตัวหลังเป็น physical ผสม chemical ค่ะ) จากคุณ : หมูอ้วนตัวใหญ่ - [ 19 ม.ค. 46 11:38:51 ]
