Hi, Welcome to the official page of the NCAC. I'm Jenny the webmistress here. The NCAC is an anime club based in New Castle, DE and serving the general area. We prefer it if you are an anime fan from New Castle joining but hey... life isn't perfect and we would be just as happy to have anyone who is willing to make the drive join too. (Right Tom?(President) *ducks and hides*). Well anyways, enough with my babbling and rambling on and such, if you join you'll hear enough of that anyways!
