It is a Fang.
However, Simon doesn't know it.

Dracula's Ghost attacks Simon by using the Fang that is the last arms left by him.

The Dracula's Fang appeared to HoD.
Did IGA know this?

However, why isn't there fang in SOTN?
The fang might have been put on the room of Dracula as well as the Noroi no Fuuin.
