Ok folks, it's time to pick up some stones and get ready to throw them, because what I am about to say is not very popular to a lot of people. Skeeter, the lady who wrote and layed down the code for Evolution, a site devoted to Sailorjupiter, is one of the people out there in the SM online community who has earned the title: "elite". And I mean, SHE HAS EARNED it. When I checked out her site, the first thing that struck me was a seeming-negative. I was hit with a splash of RED and I thought: "Too much bright colors." Well, on most of the pages, this bright foreground is combined with a soft background so the contrasts are very visable and excellently done. The site is divided into five sections which hold quite a lot of information on Makoto, her heroine alter-ego, and the people surrounding her. There are articles galore, picture galleries, sound files, and more. Skeeter also has a large section of articles on her views of the SM universe in general, and a few which focus in on the SM online community. Her writing, whether it is a rant of sorts on whatever she feels ills the SM community, or an informative article on the Senshi of Thunder, is clear, concise, and easy to read. While some elite sites seem to be fraying at the edges, Evolution shows no signs of old age. In fact, it is getting better as Skeeter tweeks this or modifies that portion of her site. To put it simply, Evolution is one of the best Sailormoon sites out there, and will continue to be one of the best for a very long time. Artemis' Score: 9.6
