Sailormoon Koz'mos is a new site on the online scene, yet it has the capability to become a truly great site in the vein of something along the lines of the Sailormoon Cyber City. Now, I can hear you out there, and before you hit the BACK key, hear me out. The Sailormoon Koz'mos is mostly a links site which also proves to be entertaining while fulfilling its purpose. There are a few other things to do while you are at the site, and the graphics, while not extensive, load well, and look good on the site. The links lists are very extensive, with everything from general Sailormoon links to a library of villains links. There is also an area where users can add their own links. There is also a small library of utilities, and they can be quite handy. The character profile information is a bit sparse, but accurate. The only thing I see that needs inprovement is perhaps the site mistress can put some light graphics on the links pages. As they are right now, they look a bit bland. Hm. My first thought when I entered Raychel's site was: "The Writing is too small." but that thought was immediately pushed from my head when I saw the beauty of it all. Her page is so extensive and beautifully layed out that it made me almost jealous. I love the originality of the page. When I clicked "Inner Senshi" on her page, I expected to see a page full of links to the inner senshi's profiles or Image Galleries, but she took me by surprise, leading me to links to Shrines on the senshi I wanted to know about. My opinion on this page is it's beautiful, & keep up the fantastic work, Raychel! Luna's Score: 9.1
