'KJ52' Christian Rock
at neonprimetime's den

Artist

kj52 brings great rap to the Christian scene. He gets lots of comparisons
to Eminem, but trust me, he's much better! kj52 delievers a more upfront,
in your face type of wrap (as opposed to say John Rueben who's more comical).
kj also does great freestyle at his live concerts. Go see him!

Collaborations

This is a great album, and a strong follow-up to 7th avenue.
Do That, is a great opening so. What you here to do?
The Choice is Yours, is a cool duo with John Reuben. I like seeing John
doing those hard rap songs instead of just his normal comical songs.
Rise Up, is easily my fav song on the album. It's sweet! It's more of a
rock song, and it contains the lead singer of Pillar and Thousand Foot
  Krutch. "Throw your hands up!"
Dear Slim, is a great reality-check song. It's really a great song written
directly for Eminem (slim shady) to hear. Hopefully someday Eminimen
will hear it and maybe be enlightened.
Nursey Rhymes, is a funny..."Who you like to hear a nursery rhyme?" No!!!!
Sonshine, is a great lyrical song..."Your love is my sunshine Jesus everything
  that I go!"
Wait for You, is another strong lyrical song...don't have sex till
  you're married.
Revenge of the Nerds, is a wonderfully funny song..."Will you dance with me?"
Mullet Pride, is a strange song...If I only knew exactly what a mullet was.
5th Element, is a sweet true rap song...lotza lyrics packed into this song!
Industry, is close to my fav part of album. It's spoken words that really
  will hit you hard!
Why?, is one of my fav songs on this album...funny yet true. "Why Oh Why?"
47 Emcees, is a song that showcases kj's rap skills. Great stuff.
ABC's and 123's, is an interesting song, another funny one. I honestly didn't
expect this many comical songs on a kj52 album.
Where were you?, is another great reality song that speaks to those children
getting abused by their parents. It also a good eye opening song for those
who are already parents or are going to be one someday.
Coke Fry Cheesburger, is a funny ending to the album.

7th Avenue

123, is a bit of a repititious song, but I really enjoy the lyrics...
"Christ is the son of the almighty".
Keep It Moving, is a great duo with Knowdaverbs and it's an awesome display
of these two guy's great rap skills.
The Hardaway, is a remix of the dc Talk classic...I really enjoy this one.
Keep Ya Head Up, is a great lyrical song..."keep ya head up even when ya fed up"
Do What I Do, is one of my favs on this album...I love the chorus...
"First of all I do this for God's revealing"
"Second to give the crowd something to be feeling"
"Third to make sure every word is heat seeking"
"If you're down with all 3 throw your hands to the ceiling"
We Rock the Mic, was the first song I heard off this album... and trust
me, it's a good one both lyrically and sound-wise.
Cipha All Stars, is a really cool, acapella-ish rap song. Very sweet with
  several guest rappers.
It's the SOI (Sons of Intellect Anthem), is another really cool song.
  I just love this album.
Integrity, is a strong song directed at up and coming Christian rappers.
This is Love, is a great song kj sings about his wife.
They Know Not, is another strong lyrical song. Awesome album!
