Makes one feel relaxed. As you know, I've been suffering from panic disorder for over 4 years now, and I am greatful to know that there is someone who took the initiative to create a webpage to help others like myself who suffer from panic attacks. I look forward to the day when I no longer need medication to help me "cope" through daily stresses, etc. I was off medication for a year and I know I can do it again and I think your webpage will help along with other things that I have in mind, such as meditation, relaxation, visualization, and tai chi, just to name a few, will help me. Thank you again. I will visit your webpage often and maybe somehow my experiences may help others, I hope so. It took me four years to find help, back in 1980 and after my recovery I felt a real need to help others. This has been a God given talent, as I was never a public speaker before my illness. I would love to talk with others that have recovered or are still dealing with this disorder. We have two support groups in our area, but I talk with people everyday that need one closer to their home. Would it kill them to call and say they will be late? How rude!
