Add icon to Form

1. To add a icon to the top left of forms simply click the form you would like to add a icon to and go to the properties of the form to the left.
2.Click the word icon and a button should appear to the right with 3 dots (...).
3. Click the three dots a select the icon you would like to use.
4. And you have added a icon to your project.
