Service at Marina Square Superbowl
For this past few Months, it has being hard to bowl at Marina Square's Superbowl during the weekend, espercially during 2 to 6 pm when the price is reasonable for us students. For me, I went there just last Wednesday and as usual there was no lane even though there was, the excuss was that there will be training untill 6pm, and the manager even told me to sign up if I wanted to play. But the thing was that, me and my friend bought a coupons at $10 at there and the coupons stated that we, students, were entitled to bowl at $1.50 a game between 10.30am to 6pm. But as Morning Students, its rarely that school ends at 10am, so we had to go in the afternoon, and the coupon stated that we can play during 10.30am to 6pm, don't we had the right to play? Ok, even if the lanes are booked for training, can't they spare a lane or 2 from the 18 lanes to those who came far to bowl. Even when there are lanes, the serivces don't get much better. When I was there to book a lane, there was no more than 3 person in the counter, but the counter serves bowling, billard and arcad, so sometime it takes 3-5mins just to open a lane. Although the place is not even 2 years old, the lanes have aready detorlarated, pins will fall off for no reasons and sensors will go crazy and when you ask for assients at the counter they will tell you to wait as they are attending something else. there was even 1 incident that I and my friends were ask to pay an extra $0.80 just because we push the button for pin changing because one of the pin had fell from the machine at the start of the frame, $0.80 is not much but do we really need to pay for the fault of the machine? I just wanted to express my feelings for them as I like bowling very much, and I really don't like to take 45 minutes of bus ride to Marina to find all the lanes are taken or to have poor serivce, The superbowl in Marina Bay does not have this problem. I will be glad if you can address this to the public and to their Management, so that they can improve.
Yours truly,
