Sintercom was exempted from registration under the Singapore Broadcasting Authority (Class Licence) Notification 1996. You can reference this exemption at http://www.sintercom.org/sba_response.html. Our operation and the kind of content we put up has not changed from the date of that exemption till today.

Please clarify if there had been any changes since then that caused SBA to require our registration now.
