Lord, I Bless Fathers Today

Lord God, Almighty, You are our Father who is in Heaven. You brought family into existence. You are the Head over Your household. You have indicated in Your word that it is Your will that fathers should be involved in the lives of their children. Fathers have been failing to do what You commanded them to do. You have indicated in Your word that it is Your plan to restore all things. You are turning the hearts of fathers to their children. You are turning the hearts of children to their fathers. There is a problem and we need your help. Many men do not have the motivation to get involved in the lives of their children. Many men have been kept out of their children’s lives. Many men do not know how to be father to their children. Lord, help fathers today! Help fathers to overcome obstacles and do what is right in the lives of their children. I am blessing fathers, and asking that they be given what they need to succeed in accomplishing the task which You have given them to do. I am asking that they be given the courage that they need. Help them to experience a sense of appreciation, and to practice having a voice in the raising of their children. I am praising You, I am honoring You, Lord, and I am blessing You in Jesus’ strong name. Amen!
