I have workout for quite a few years now, and I have learned a valuable lesson which is learning the proper technique when performing each individual exercise set. I remember few years ago, I was working out my chest and
decided to bench press 315 Lbs. Well, back then, I thought that I was so strong that did not care doing bench pressing the proper way. Although, I could bench press 275 lbs four times, I was not able to bench press 315 lbs because all the weights dropped onto my chest and shoulder area, thus injuring both body parts.
