With only two hundred dollars in his pocket, and no where to live, Coltin slept in his car, and showered at the gym. Within 3 weeks he met an agent in a restaurant. In less than one year he landed the coveted role of Nikolas Cassidine on GH.

Prior to that Coltin guest starred on "Pacific Blue", and was a series regular on "Planet Patrol". His film credits include co-staring in "Kraa The Seamonster" and "Justice". He recently finished filming the lead role in an independent movie "The Disc Boyz"

A native of St. Louis Coltin describes performing as "a dream since I was 8 years old." Determination and hard work led to his success; however, a big factor of support was his family.

Fun Fact: Coltin Scott has recently changed his stage name, back to his original name Martines to honor his father.
