Animated Frame Tag
Step 1 Open up the PSP or PSD file. Click the control and A keys to activate all the frames. Step 2 Go to View/Normal Viewing. Right click the first frame, go to Frame Properties and left click, and type in 15. Step 3 Before we continue to save the animation, let's first click the Customize button to make sure you have all the correct settings for this animation. This will be a bit different so do take note. Click the Customize button and you will see two tabs: Colors and Optimizations. Here is what each setting should be under the separate tabs: Colors 255 Colors, Optimized Octree and Error Diffusion should be checked. Optimizations The middle three selections should be checked. The top and bottom selections - unchecked. After
customizing the animation settings, click Ok and click Next and you will get
the following screens: Step 4 This is your animation template . Save it as a gif file.Step 5 Click the control and A keys to activate all the frames of this animation. Step 6 Open up Paint Shop Pro and a new transparent image 244 width by 40 height and add your text. Apply a favorite drop shadow. **If you used vector text, go to Layers/Convert to Raster Layer and go to Layers/Merge/Merge visible.** Go to Layers/Duplicate. Do this once more so you now have three layers. Save this file as a psp or psd file. Step 7 Go back to animation shop and open up your text file. Click the control and A keys to activate all the frames. Go to Edit/Copy. Make the tag animation active, go to the very first frame, and go to Edit/Paste into Selected frame. Holding down the left mouse button, place the text exactly where you want it and release the left mouse button. Your text will be in all three frames. Step 8 Go to file/save as and rename your animation. Go through each screen once more and keep clicking next until you get to the last screen and click finish. We hope you enjoyed this tutorial.
