COMING UP ROSES TAG

Supplies - Fence template, line of roses, animated rose (flower 4), and Rose Water font which can be downloaded here.
SETTING USED IN THIS TUTORIAL Drop Shadow Setting: Vertical Offset 2, Horizontal Offset 2, Opacity 80, Blur 5, Color Black Magic Wand with this setting: Mode: Add/Shift, Match Mode: RGB Value, Tolerance 32, Contiguous checked, Feather: 0, Anti-Alias checked and outside selected.
Step 1 Open a the fence psp file. Step 2 At the Material Palette, left click the top color box and when the color selection window appears, where it says html, type in #dcc6ba. Left click the magic wand and using the settings from above. Left click the magic wand inside each of the fence slats. Go to Selections/Modify/Expand 1. Left click the flood fill tool and flood fill the fence slats with the color in the top color box. Go to Selections/Select None. Step 3 Left click the magic wand inside each of the fence connectors (on the top and bottom of the fence slats). Flood fill the connectors with the same color. In this instance, we are NOT expanding the selection. Go to Selections/Select None. Step 4 Open up the tube image you will be using. Go to Edit/Copy. Make the fence tag active and go to Edit/Paste as New Layer. If your image is too large, go to Image/Resize using the percent option, bicubic and resize all layers NOT checked. Step 5 Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop shadow and either use the drop shadow settings from above or your own. Step 6 Open up the rose row tube and make it active. Go to Edit/Copy. Make the tag image active and go to Edit/Paste as New Layer. Place the rose row behind the tube image that was used in Step 4. Step 7 On the rose row layer, apply the same drop shadow as you did in Step 5. Step 8 Go to Layers/New Raster Layer. Open up the Rose Water Font and minimize it. Left click the font tool and at the font ribbon, select the Rose Water font at Size 72. At the Material Palette, in the top color box, select the color you want for your text. For my tag, I used #dc4353. After applying the text, add a drop shadow either using the one from above or your own. Step 9 Apply the copyright information on the same layer as the text and go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible. Save this file as a psp or psd file. We will finish the tag in animation shop, adding the animated roses to the tag. Click here to continue.
