If you do not have this filter, you can use any other filter that can create a background design, any outside filter that has texture, any PSP texture or fill with any seamless background tile. Please remember, when creating your signature tags, to only use permission art and to apply the copyright information on the tag which would include both the artist's name and online gallery link. If you have purchased a commercial image, do add your license number as well. Supplies to Download. This file contains the checkered grid mask and the ribbon mask created by me.
