Ingredients needed:

-        Rosemary

-        Sage

-        Thyme

-        Bergamot oil

Mix ingredients into a bowl, and then place over an open fire.  As the smoke rises say the spell above three times.  After the spell has been said place the paper with the spell written on it into the bowl and let it burn the night through.
