Blue and green are the colors I wear,
While seaweed twines in my golden hair.
Just beneath the waves I gleam,
To sailors lost in a lonely dream.
With flashing limbs and arms that beckon.
My seashells offered as a token.
Calling-calling them down to the deep
Where the twilight of eternal sleep,
And my arms forever around them cling.
Then, in deep contentment I shall sing
My Siren’s song forevermore.
And you and I on times last shore
Will become a part of -Forevermore.
