To Eat or Not to Eat Meat

Should we eat meat? I believe that meat is healthy, and provides us with protein. However, not everyone thinks so. Meat has a lot of fat. Many religions despise eating meat; they even forbid it, because of the animal killed. India worships the cow, and most of the people there would never want to even set their eyes on a person killing or eating a cow.

In these modern days many people are choosing vegetarianism. They vow never to eat meat, and only eat vegetables. However, without the proper nutrients of meat, a person will grow weak quickly. This is why a person should have a balanced diet of both vegetables and meat.

People couldn’t eat meat all the time either. With all that fat, a person could get a heart attack. Remember vegetables and meat both make a balanced diet; so one must eat them regularly. Choosing what to eat for breakfast, lunch, supper, and dinner is very important. As for choosing what to eat, I leave that decision up to you.
