As Luke he has but one attack, the Shoryuken, but relies on gadgets and natural fighting abilities to get him out of trouble.
Gadgets:
The Mira-Taoi: A creature native to one of the Moon's of Mech.
Portal Generator: Two use machine that opens a portal to one place, then when the user is ready, opens another one back home. Danger is noted in opening into a time ripple.
Ressurection device: Exactly what the name implies, it was used as a safeguard when Serena was hit with a particularly brutal attack. It wasn't used, but it was worth the precaution. One is also incorparated into the the Sailor Suits.

Item History's for more information on the Coin. Interestingly enough, Luke used to be Nitro Mars, but abandoned that position when he rediscovered his true home planet (Amnesia ya see!). Luke often brings the power of Fire into his attacks, but it is one of his more rare transformations, usually reserved for the true Nitro Mars. The second transformation of Nitro Mech is the Battle Mech (No Picture Sorry), empowered by the Elemetal Coin.
Blaster: Fires a bolt of energy, 50 charges before recharge.

Transforms Luke into Nitro Mech
Mech Breakdown Beam:
Luke says this to generate a masisve beam of energy, which he can direct at an enemy.
Mech Buzzsaw Disc:
Luke says this to create a fluro brown disc, which is basicaly the Moon Tiara, but bigger, and the ability to go through more than one enemy.
Mech Instant Transportation:
Said to surround Luek in a steel shell, dissapear, move Luke to a different location, then the shell vanishes, all in the blink of an idea. Also used to temporarily bring others to his location.
Mech Technological Rift:
Creates a hole in space in front of him, shielding him from harm. If it is up for too long, it will destroy the planet.
Mech Binding:
Creates solid steel bindings preventing movement on the victim, until hit, or the unlock password is said.
Luke says this to conjure up a ball, cycling the colors of the Scouts, then he pushes it off, where it becomes the Soul Vortex. A beam shoots out of it, burning the victim, then dragging them in to restore Luek's power.
Mech Kamikaze:
Luke's last resort attack, he will run up to his enemy, grab them, then destroy both himself and his enemy. Used on the Moon once to help Queen Serenity.
Mech Repair:
Limited combat use, can repair anything.
Elemental Axe Destruction-Wave:
This is Lukes attack using the Elemental Axe.
Mech Everdeath:
Luke's attack utilising the same powers that made him immortal, this can kill any being without resistance. If it works or not, it is still immensly draining to Luke, and he will be temporarily to weak to do anything.
Lukes move that creates a Stasis crystal around him, that will heal him over a long period of time. He cannot get himself out of this, and the only people who can are Gemlords,
Nitro Mech's forbidden attack, used to completely collapse a dimension, obviously destroying everything in it, except for The Nitro's and himself due to their power and Lueks Everlife Curse.
