Notes about Nitros
For the utterly, utterly confused
Alrighty then.  This is a sheet of stuff that could help in the understanding and roleplaying of Nitros.  These are, in no particular order:
MOST!!! Of the following rules apply to MOST!!! of the Nitros.  But some don't apply to some Nitros.  So don't take my word for it, I'm both pessimistic and often a hypocrite.

Nitros have, in total, two to three transformations:  Nitro, Guardian Animal, and in the case of Mech, something they construct themselves

Nitros are loudmouthed, opinionated idiots often with a response to everything, and an extreme lack of motivation

Nitros were, in the greater part, eradicated from the universe, so many of the survivors remain in hiding, and those born are implanted with the idea of hiding once they gain their powers.

If a hiding Nitro is found, he will often only help if a large monetarial reward is provided in advance

Nitros will sacrifice their own kind for the sake of the mission, so that if a Nitro is captured, he cannot be used to force fellow Nitros to do something, and a Nitro will attack right through another Nitro if he gets in the way, if the attack will hit an opponent behind him

Nitros often have bad habits (Drinking, smoking), and will indluge in these as much as possible

Nitros will not stick their neck out for somebody, unless personal gain is involved.

Nitros always, without exception, seek revenge if something is done to them

Nitros will turn on their allies in an instant if offered enough, but it would need to be an exceptionally large amount

Nitro's usually have strong senses of honor

Nitros are relatively easy to corrupt to evil

Nitros are paranoid

Nitros like to either move around, or to seek solitude

Nitros have fairly low respect for anybody who they consider a loser

Nitro's have full memory of past lives

Most Nitros are not academicaly inclined

Your average Nitro is a hypocritical, pessimistic yobbo
Nitro Blacksmiths:  These were among the first Nitros.  This special class of Nitro were important because it is these Nitros that can forge new powers or weapons of power for a Nitro.  There are some conditions like a Nitro with control of fire cannot get weapons or powers from a Blacksmith of death, even if death is the Nitro's secondary power.  Also, at a certain age during a Nitro Blacksmith's life his powers of Forging will cease working, and then they must die and be reborn for them to work again.  The work is ten times harder if a Sailor Senshi/Scout requires a new weapon/power and it is impossible for members of a Royal Family to be given new powers.  A couple of items of mention made by Nitro Blacksmiths would be:
Nitro Saturn's Glaive
Nitro Uranus's Space Sword
Nitro Pluto's Staff and Ruby Orb
Nitro Neptune's Mirror and Saxaphone
And lastly the Dimension Emblem, which is a combination of the Dimension Senshi, Dimension Nitros and Luek's Crystal.
Nitro Council:  This is a Council that are in charge of seperate sectors as nominated by themselves.  These people are very tempremental, prone to angry bursts and killing innocent messengers when they deliver bad news.  These seven are also bigger than the average human depending on how many of them are in the same room IE:  If all seven are gathered, the Nitros will be seven times bigger than a human.  The list of the Nitro Council is as follows:
Nitro Diamond:  Lord of the first division of the Dimension
Nitro Jade:  Lord of the second division of the Dimension
Nitro Sapphire:  Lord of the third and final division of the Dimension
Nitro Pearl:  Ruler of Time and Death
Nitro Emerald:  Ruler of Space and Miscallenous elements
Nitro Ruby:  Ruler of the four Elements
Nitro Flourite:  Head Honcho of them all.
