Adam is the leader of the Nitro Scouts.  He was originally to be the heir to the Moon throne, but was forced to leave the Moon and erase his mother's memories of him.  He, and the other Nitros, were once part of a great race of guardians, destroyed by the Negaverse Admiral, Dodrite.  The Nitro team are the only ones left of the guardian race.  His powers are the same as Sailor Moon's, but he has some powers exclusive to him.

Nitro Moon's Powers: Moon Kingdom Vengence: Summons the spirits of all those who died fighting against Berryl, and they pound his opponent with beams. Moon Staff Swing: A powerful swing of his chosen wepon, the Moon Staff. Rising Moon Powers Colide: This is the same ability as that that is given to Serena in The Rogue Bull.

Ben is Adams second-in-command, along with Sam.  The pair came from different planets, but are still brothers.  The pair also left their planets when the strife began, erasing their parents memories of them.  These two were also part of the Guardian race, but had to go mercenary like the rest of the Nitro's.  His powers are the same as Sailor Jupiter, with a few powers exclusive to him.

Jupiter Thunder Blade Slash: Swings the Thunder Blade and lets loose a lightning bolt.  Double damage if the sword connects as well. Jupiter Shield Raises his Jupiter Shield Jupiter Thunder Grenade Creates a ball of lightning which is thrown, and then explodes, sending lightning everywhere. Jupiter Megabolt-Lightning Crash Same power Lita gets in The Rogue Bull

Samuel, brother to Ben, is also second in command with Ben.  He left when the trouble began and erased his parents memories of him.  He was once forbidden to use Mercury regenerate, but after a close fight with a Negaverse General which he came off the worse, it was used and he became part ice, removing the need to heal ever again.

Mercury Regeneration: Used to regenerate beings.  If used on himself, it turns him into part ice.  This has already happened. Mercury Ice-Sword Shimmer: Sends out an arc of ice that instantly freezes anything touched by it. Mercury Flow: A funnel of water forms around his enemy, then falls in, then collapses on said victim. Mercury Aqua Explosion: Amy gets this power in Rogue Bull.

Mathew is, in essence, the most powerful Scout, but Adam is still Nitro Moon.  The reasons behind this are old and obscure.  This one is the one who drinks the most beer, although they all do.  He is also the one who smokes the most, as seen in his transformed picture(Just above).  He is also taller than all the others.

Venus Vanity Blast: Temporarily distracts baddies. Venus Multi-Arrow attack: Fires upwards of 200 arrows in the space of a few seconds. Venus Love Beam Paralyze: As seen in Rogue Bull.

Nitro Iceball is the only Nitro to be female.  She is the leader of the Starbrights, a group of girls that transform into males.  She, and the Starbrights, hail from a distant planet in the Mech system, known as Uqoi Ara Two.  One of it's sister planets, Uqoi Ara Three, is constantly steeped in war, and has been a battlefield for millenia.  She and the Starbrights were once a group of negotiators on the planet, but were unable to stop, or even find out the reason, for the fighting, and were kicked off the planet, Michelle getting her arm ripped open by one of the savages.  The wound never healed.  She and the Starbrights often play cards, and she is the best cardshark on Uqoi Ara Two, on her way to being the best in the universe.

Special Powers: Iceball Nitro Power, Make Up! Transforms Michelle into Nitro Iceball Iceball Gamete Blast! Fires a blast of dry ice from the cards on her cheast, strong enough to freeze a planet if desired. Iceball Chilling, Full House! The cards on her body come to life, and are thrown like shuriken at her enemy, freezing it to be destroyed by Nitro Moon.

Celt is one of the Starbrights, a group of fighters hailing from Uqoi Ara Two.  When he transforms he transforms from a male to a female, and becomes Nitro Stardefender.  Celt loves to ride his bike, and does so to get everywhere.  He is very hostile towards Luek, feeling that there shouldn't be a Nitro for such (In his view) a pathetic planet.  This often leads to confrontations between the two that Princess Iceball tries to kerb, unless it's boring, then it's always good fun.  He is determined to protect his Princess, and was incredibly depressed when she was injured on Uqoi Ara Three.  He often plays cards with the other Starbrights.

Special Powers Defender Nitro Power! Transforms him into Nitro Stardefender Defender Joking Shield! Creates a massive shield that takes in attacking energy, then pays it back tenfold.

Maiar is one of the Starbrights, Stardestroyer.  He transforms from a girl to a guy, and has the most destructive power of the Starbrights, to destroy a star.  He loves to observe the stars, and often sneaks into observatories just to get a look at his home star.  He is appalled that Earth hasn't developed long range ships, and has been tempted to give them the knowledge, had Michelle not banned him.  He often plays cards with the other Starbrights.

Special Powers: Destroyer Nitro Power! Transforms him into Nitro Stardestroyer Star Rough, Destoyer Blast! Fires a beam of light that can get powerful enough to send a star Supernova

To be insensitive, heartless or coldblooded is an aquired skill.  Nitro Stardamage, you're going down! Gadge is a cold-hearted warrior, one of the Starbrights from Uqoi Ara Two.  He transforms from a guy to a girl and becomes Nitro Stardamage.  He is very reliable, and would not hesitate to put his life on the line for his princess, Princess Iceball.  A perfect example of this is the bionic legs that replace the ones blown off in a minefield, he walked though ahead of the rest on Uqoi Ara Three.  This is only evident in Starbright form.  He heavily opposes Luek for his decision to become Nitro Mech, as he feels his skills could be better used elsewhere.  Lastly, he is said to have a secret soft side, but nobody outside the Starbrights has seen it yet.

Special Powers: Damage Nitro Power! Transforms him into Nitro Stardamage Star Heartless Blastcannon! Concentrates a massive ball of energy into a cohesive beam which splits in four before slamming into his opponent.
