NO!

I've figured out that it is not as easy as I thought it would be. I'm sorry I give up on that.

Instead, another application has it:
Synnote, a simple syntax-coloring editor.



What about tag customization?

  
Yes!

The user can customize all existing Cliptext items from Henshoo version 1.22.
