Diana lost her battle with cancer; she was an inspiration to us all.
Diana is a foundation member of Lobo ASA.
She served as a Board Member, Vice President, Course Director, Clinician and Mentor.
She was the best cheerleader any competitor could have for any discipline.
Diana worked Australian Shepherds, Kelpies, Corgis, and Border Collies.
She did clinics in the USA and abroad; lessons as her time allowed.
Honors: Placements at the ASCA Nationals in regular trials & finals; merits;
money winner at the NM State Fair; plus USBCA placements; jackpots; MVA qualifier;
numerable high combined, most promising started, high in trials with all breeds

Lobo held a memorial raffle at the 8th Annual Three Pine Ranch Classic in Diana's honor whereby the money, at her directive, was donated to the Susan G Komen for the Cure (Cancer), Humane Society of Albuquerque, and Australian Shepherd Rescue - over $3,000 was raised in her honor. The trip raffles were won by: Jan Wesen and Katy's BBQ, and the Accomdation for Anywhere in the World (Timeshare) by Steve & Anne Shope. Drawing was done by Raffle Chair Laura De La Cruz. The trips were donated by Broomes Feed & Supply, Moriarty, NM; the Timeshare was donated by Achieve It (Kim Monti & Michael Gates)
Melody Ferrill designed, made and donated a Traveling Trophy in Diana's Honor, which trophy is given to the HC Cummulative Average Winner at the Annual Three Pine Ranch Classic put on by Lobo ASA. Jimmy Hartnagle designed, made and donated a plaque, which plaque can be seen at the Duck Arena at the Classic. The Arena was named in Diana's honor and memory.
