Note from the Club Treasurer
Gary Wells

Happy New Year to Everyone. As of January 1, 2002 they have worked out the problem of Shipping birds. Get your incubators cranked up and advertise them, it is very easy to ship birds.

I encourage everyone to advertise in our club news letter, it is free, and a good way to get rid of your excess birds or get into a new variety.

Don’t forget to attend monthly meeting’s and support your club.
Gary Wells

Note from the Vice President
Floyd Rood

I wish to welcome our new President to office. I hope everyone gives Melvina Reid the support she deserves. By now people are probably getting their breeding pens all set up for the season. Good luck to one and all; hope you all hatch some champions. It won’t be long and our Fall Show will be here. We all need to start thinking about helping the Club out with the show. As some of the members stated at a recent meeting, people don’t need to get on a committee to help with the show because they know the work always gets done. This did not set well with this old dog! At probably 95% of our functions that we have had since the Club has started I have helped on both setting up and tearing down. Not this Fall, I will help set up and run the show. When the Judging is over this year and clean up starts, me and my birds are going home.
Please support your Club and volunteer to help with our Show. It has been a good Show.. You can contact any of our Club Officers and volunteer your help. Any capacity of help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, your past President, Floyd Rood

A Note From A Member
Derek Raymo
I thought I would pass this on. In the past we have had trouble finding a medication that worked for our poultry when they had a cold .Then a good friend told us about Tylan 50 an Antibiotic and it is a injection medication it works great. Most feed stores have it or can order it.
Good Luck
