Bosanquet said two more guests have arrived.
Portarli me, please show them in.
Kindly Light, you say?  Why, no.  It's Rudy, Rudy Valentino.  How sharp you look!  Molto elegante, you ethereal being...  Hmmm, are the dogs friendly?  Maybe they should wait in the garden.  Oh, Bosanquet...

Here's a toast to our very own Fred, who continues even from the Other Side to provide us with much wit, large smatterings of wisdom, and more than a smidgen of reality.  We love you, Fred.
Now, who else?
Blue Birdie?
Well, you could have fooled me!  He looks rather like The Blue Boy, in all his finery.
    Cosi dolce,
    oh feathered one.
More arrivals?
Welcome, dear ones...
La Gatta Lucianese has come as the quite fierce Sekhmet, with a great blazing sun disk on her crown.  Her six children paced behind her in two rows, then retired to the Petling Tent to enjoy Salmon Mousse, Shrimp St. Tropex, and abundant cream.
Good evening, Venial Critic!  Oh, pardon me,
Genial Critic! I see you have arrived as a Man about Town and with a drink already in hand.

Happy Birthday Mr. Benson.  Regards...
Ahhh, Signor Cortese!  You have indeed arrived - Louis XIV!   Quite a gathering of 'royals' here.  Bosanquet, get the Sun King some refreshment.
The Maestro invites you, in honour of Fred's birthday, to visit his Music Room for a chat about all things musical.  Hors d'oeuvres and champagne will be served and will conclude with a short musical presentation including pieces by Chopin, Debussy, and Cortese. (Directions may be found in Miss Leg's Music Room.)
More guests, you say...
Well, show them in!
