Q. A strange symbol has appeared on my 7110/6210 display, how do I get rid of it?
This 'symbol' is more then likely the 'Line 2' symbol. It only seems to affect the 7110 and the 6210. It appears probably because the user hasn't realised they have turned it on! Its simple to remove, all you'll need is NkProfile (you'll need LogoManager, demo or full installed in order for NkProfile to work) and a data cable or IR. Now follow these steps: 1. Use NkProfile to enable CSP and ALS 2. Switch to Line 2 - to do this, on your phone hold # for a few seconds 3. Cancel all diverts - don't worry, this won't cancel your Line 1 diverts! 4. Ta da! The Line 2 symbol is gone! 5. Switch back to Line 1 - again hold the # key 6. Now disable CSP and ALS using NkProfile again - and that's it!
