Formatting your phone

There are two methods to format your phone.

Method no: 1
On the standy screen dial *#7370#. You will be prompted
Restore all original phone settings? Phone will restart>
Select yes. Only if you want to format your phone
And also please make sure that your phone is fully charged
Or else You will regret it later.

Method no:2
Press and hold (3), (*) and Call (Send) buttons, then power on
fone, keep holding on the 3 buttons, till u come to a format screen
