"The Activist" Terry Reed
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 140 lbs.
Hometown: Cottondale, Alabama
Theme Music: "Payback's a Bitch" - T.Sales (MP3 avail on request)

Appearance: In all appearances, a skinny white guy with a crazed look in his eye. Keeps attempting to keep his brown hair cut in a low fade, although more often resorts to trying to hide it under a hat. Always trying to wear bright clothes and look stylish, often seen desparately trying to fool himself by wearing neo-African garb.

Ring Attire: Varies from time to time, but often appears wearing white pocketed pants and a tight black top. Often wears a long flowing neo-African robe and fex-like cap to the ring.

Personality/Gimmick: No one knows exactly why, but Reed has apparently been listening to a lot of extremist rhetoric from all over the globe. He's now managed to convince himself he's not as white as they come. Often taking up simultaneous radical causes (whether left-wing or right-wing, he seems to enjoy mixing the trappings of militancy). Any intuitive person would realize that all Reed really does is use everything he can think of as an excuse to get out of answering any tough questions or having to accept normal human failures and losses. Typically disliked by wrestling fans worldwide, but has a contingient of "underdog sympathizers" who admire him. Has a complete non-wrestler physique which probably helps.

10+ moves used by your wrestler: Reed is a fair street fighter who gets by more on his public wackiness than any talent. If matches were graded by "technique", Reed would get a zero every time. He doesn't know an armbar from a side headlock. At best, Reed is a brawler who just happens to know the right places to hit. If in trouble during a match, Reed automatically goes for the eyes, groin or any other desparate measure. Foreign objects sometimes come into play. So, if making a list, one could easily write "punch, punch, punch, kick, eye gouge, punch..."  The only "true" wrestling move that Reed knows is an Irish whip into the turnbuckles, where he's the most damaging, and he is capable of a few basic aerial attacks, namely his flying shoulderblock from the top rope. What balances all this is that Reed's constant state of panic allows him to wiggle and slide out of many standard wrestling moves, such as slipping down the back of someone readying him in the bodyslam position, or foiling a suplex or other front facelock-based attempt with a rough approximation of a single-leg takedown. He also knows how to attack an downed opponent's knees and hip joints with wishbone manuevers, toeholds and pressure applications.

1-3 Trademark Moves (w/ Description): No names, but Reed does have a few moves seen often, all of which are inflicted on an opponent who has been pushed or thrown into the turnbuckles. Sometimes he'll hook an opponent's leg in the ropes and deliver a nasty toe kick in the groin. He likes to prop an opponent in the corner in the so-called "Tree of Woe" position and deliver a stomp square to the chin, often resulting in some dental bills for the recipient.

Finisher (w/ Description): Flying Curbjob: Reed nearly strains himself forcing his opponent into a sitting position on the top rope. Climbing to the top behind him, Reed tucks his knee under the man's chin and leaps forward, causing the impact to rattle up Reed's leg and implode right at the chin/throat area. Extremely successful maneuver - no one's getting up - but takes a lot out of Reed too.

Three Strengths :
1. Delusional nature makes him excessively persistent and driven in the ring, within his physical limits.
2. Although light and unmuscular, actually possesses a fair amount of strength in the lower part of his body. His maniacal mindset increases this ability - Reed can propel himself in low shoulderblocks, tackles, and desparate lifting moves surprisingly for an apparent wimp.
3. Uncompromisingly visceral, vicious attack surprises opponents used to working within the "spaces" created as a wrestler chains his moves together.

Three Weaknesses:

1. Would be more effective if he'd get a trainer who would unlock his apparent natural agility and teach him some basic strategy. Confusing and unorganized attack in the ring can be countered by an opponent who focuses on actually knocking him around for a few minutes instead of thinking its a bona fide "wrestling" match.
2. Finisher takes a lot out of him, won't go very far in a tag-team or other bout where there's more than one opponent.
3. Because of his lack of strategy, can be easily distracted.
