What are your proudest NPW accomplishments to date? Do you have any hobbies? What are your political leanings? What are your goals here in NPW? Any miscellaneous information? Sincerely, Tanya Ryder & the NPW Media Department ***** Ms. Ryder, The only reason I am in NPW is because I forced my way into it. You racist devils did everything you could to keep me out. Now it seems you want to put on a friendly face and ask me these questions so that you might better come up with ways to ultimately get me out of your vanilla-ice-cream concoction that is the NPW. Well, I'm not handing you that opportunity! That said, let me state what should be obvious. I am an activist fighting for justice & equality for myself and my brethren in this china-doll-white world. I am telling the truth in a world full of lies. Centuries ago, Ms. Ryder, your ancestors were ruthlessly stalking and trapping mine in their homeland, then chaining them up in the holds of sailing ships, packed together so tightly they were forced to lie on their sides like spoons in a drawer, soiling themselves in their own excrement, falling prey to the diseases caused thus. Those that survived the voyage were immediately sold like cattle upon their arrival in this hemisphere, where they lived out their lives toiling for someone else under the threat of abuse, disfigurement and death. Now you white folks like to pat yourselves on the back and say "it's all over now." But it was never "over"! Even when you were forced to free us, you denied us the vote, you denied us employment, you denied us living space - and you're still doing it today every way you can! You'll keep the black man out of your sight through every trick and loophole you can come up with! You'll take every route to avoid giving us what we're due! You say you don't understand what I'm getting so upset about? Take a look around you! Open your eyes! Look at all these 9/11 specials - do you ever see a BLACK firefighter being honored? Not hardly! Is there a BLACK man connected with the White House? Only Colin Powell, who's only black to white folks, and some white folks aren't even sure about that! Do your angels wear BLACK robes? Do heroes come riding in on BLACK horses? Do you have a choice between red and BLACK wine at your most upscale restaurants? Will you even SEE black folks in those restaurants? The answer, Ms. Ryder, as you would see, is no. Are good guys in movies called "BLACK hats"? How about napkins, do they come in BLACK year-round? Do beautiful young women get married in BLACK dresses? Isn't it incredibly telling that white parents and white school officials get worried about kids dressing in "all black" and "black trenchcoats", as well? It is to that end I have devoted my life to speaking for the downtrodden, the oppressed, the wishfully-forgotten elements of this sick society. In my struggle in professional wrestling, I have been an example both of triumph and of persecution! But I will never stop the struggle until we get what we want! Yours, Terry Reed |
