| Jack Mace's Pro Wrestling Training School has been the training grounds for Canada's finest professional wrestlers since 1983. Jack and his staff have trained both men and women to become professional wrestlers and he encourages members of both sexes to apply. As long as you have the desire and commitment it doesn't matter what your gender is. | "The Barn" has trained some of the most successful wrestlers in the world, including former CAL World and World Tag Team champion "Iceman" Sam Carnage and CAL World Tag Team champions The Rock Brothers. Other wrestlers who have trained here for the squared circle include Frank "Mad Dog" Montana, "Northstar" Jim Crane, Stace Wonderbuck, "Slick" Rick Hayes, Lonny "Boom-Boom" Bash, and P.T. "Power Train" Holston. Here's what former World champion Sam Carnage has to say about his time at "The Barn" : "Oh, it was great! Actually, I had dinner with Jack last night. He's one of those who really cracks the whip and at the time you're like, 'Man! What's he doing to us?!' He wouldn't let me have a match for a year. I trained for a year until I finally had a match. At the time, I was like, 'Man! I'm ready to have a match. I'm ready! I'm ready!' He says, 'No! Wait! Wait! Wait!' I thought he was wrong but looking back he was completely right because when I had my first match I went out and had a hell of a match. A lot of schools tend to throw guys out too soon and it shows. Jack and his guys make sure that before they throw you out there, you're ready." |
