BARNALA "THE SCALPER" Who's the best of the worst? Well, as the curtain opens on NPW's "The (Final) Stand: Unfinished Business", we're going to find out! Skip Roberts has to be considered the most successful of the Job Mob, but Galahad and Barnala weren't exactly chalking up the victories during their three years in NPW, and so you've got to think they'll be burning for one now! The foolishness of Roberts! The frustration of Lord/Kid/Just Galahad! The hunger of Barnala "Barney" Poopak-Malusak Mbuku! It's a three-way dance of the inept and the unfortunate in this "Job Mob Jamboree"! *** Lumberjack Match "THE EXTREMIST" DOMINIC DEMONSTONE with The Demonstone Clan V. ASHLEY "MEAN STREAK" HENDRICKS, 'The Ole Miss Rebel' with Extreme Incorporated Dominic Demonstone had lots of ups and downs in NPW, but never was he so much in the spotlight as he was in his leg-breaking war with Ashley "Mean Streak" Hendricks! With the matches between them split, the vicious feud between the two returns in the form of a Lumberjack Match, as "The Extremist" brings Gregor and Kurgan Demonstone with him to the ring... while Ashley shows up with longtime boyfriend Lonny "Boom-Boom" Bash and his "Extreme Inc." partner, "Badd Crazy" Louie Z! Demonstone! Hendricks! LUMBERJACK MATCH! *** Standard Match "THE ACTIVIST" TERRY REED V. E-NORMUS NORMAN 'The Geek of Nature' YOU RACIST HONKIES! The ever-controversial and completely laughable Terry Reed returns to the Great White North to face off against the hilarious 'Geek of Nature' one more time! Two of the absolute craziest (and funniest) characters ever to war over an NPW championship step into the ring one more time! Uber-geek Norman and his goose-stepping "Naughty Nazi" of a manager, Heinrich Von Deutchbagg, will take on the little activist with the big mouth, Terry Reed! It's Malcolm X versus the X-Men as the self-professed champion of civil liberties takes on the champion of science fiction! *** "Six-Man Or Handicapped" Match BUD "100 PROOF" MORGAN 'The Hardcore Drunk' V. THE UNTOUCHABLES Timmy Fantastico, Calvin Astroth and TJ Killingbeck What the HELL? That's right, fans - the Untouchables are taking on Bud Morgan in a six-man tag match! And if Morgan doesn't find two partners to bring with him... HE HAS TO COME ALONE! It's "Six-Man or Handicapped" here as 'NPW's Chosen Son' returns to the fold after years away! The only man ever formally elected into the NPW Hall of Fame returns from whatever drinking hole he's been face-down in to face the greatest three-man tag team in the history of professional wrestling... THE UNTOUCHABLES! Former NPW and CAL World champions Timmy Fantastico and TJ Killingbeck join UT captain Calvin Astroth for one final time in the ring to take on a man they *all* despise... and it just might be the beatdown of the century! The catch? Morgan can't bring anyone who's already on the card! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? *** Standard Match JEFFY ANDREWS V. KAI SCOTT It's up for argument whether the two men who helped Angelina Bishop destroy NPW should even be invited to the The Final Stand - but they were. Andrews, as people who have followed his more recent exploits know, is very troubled these days, struggling with a sinking win/loss record and alcohol and woman problems. Kai Scott, for his part, hasn't been seen on television in a year, and hasn't wrestled for a year before that - but he's been busy behind the scenes, either saving wrestling or playing God depending on who you talk to. Andrews and Scott have never in their careers been on opposite sides of a match, let alone in a direct singles contest against each other! *** Revenge Match TOP DOLLAR V. "BADD CRAZY" LOUIE Z Top Dollar, the NPW Television and National Heritage double-champion, not only ended his time in NPW as a holder of two titles... but he also ended the career of Louie Z! Although Louie would return sometime later with Sissy McNulty at his side, "The Hardcore Prof" is still not gotten his revenge against Top! Top Dollar's had Louie Z on the brain for a long time, and the master of the "Brainiac" is taking time off from teaching his C++ class to kick the CAL's "Chosen One" all across the Air Canada Center! It's revenge time for Ziantz, and time for Top Dollar to prove why he ended his NPW tenure as both National Heritage and Television champion! *** Falls Count Anywhere AMALIE V. MACE 'The Bronx Buster' Former NPW World champion Amalie returns to NPW to finish a job she started years ago: destroy Mace! "The Bronx Buster" was silenced for a time when these two last met, but the former CAL World champion has likely never forgotten the war he had against the only woman ever to hold the highest honours of NPW. Two former World champions meet one last time in a major class between two top-notch performers! It's the irresistable force that is Amalie against the unmoveable object that is Mace - and falls count anywhere in the building! *** For Ownership Of The NPW Television Title "THE SENSATION" DANNY VICIOUS V. GREGOR DEMONSTONE Danny Vicious and Gregor Demonstone are two of Regan Mace's personal favourites, and as old NPW veterans they were amongst the first people we called! The two traded the NPW Television title back and forth back a few years ago... and so, Jack Mace has ordered that the two face off to determine who will win lifetime ownership of perhaps the most popular championship in NPW history! Danny V! Gregor D! Winner takes home the championship - for KEEPS! *** The Axis Collides THE AXIS [Jonathan Laslow & "The Vision" Jeff Wheeldon] Last NPW World Tag Team Champions V. THE AXIS [Loki & Jack Cross] It's an all-Axis collision! Former CAL World Tag Team champions Jack Cross and Loki ruled the Coalition as a team for a time, and Cross has elected to join Loki for this match in NPW - a match personally requested by Jack Mace as a dream match. Jon Laslow and Jeff Wheeldon were the last guys to ever hold the NPW World Tag Team titles, and they're coming to take on their one-time Axis companions in this matchup -- or are they? Jeff Wheeldon is doing everything in his power to get to the show and compete that night, but scheduling might make it impossible! Will someone fill in, and join Laslow in the ring? What if Regan Mace reactivates the World Tag straps, and has them defend it? OH DEAR GOD THE ANGST! *** "I Respect You" Match MARTY SUGAR 'The Big Bad Sugar Daddy' V. BROCK SLATER 'NPW's Criminal Mind' You know what Marty Sugar thinks? Marty Sugar thinks that Brock Slater is the worst NPW champion who ever held the title. He thinks he's a joke, and that he's the one blemish on an otherwise respectable list of champions, and that he was sub-par in the ring and sub-standard in front of the camera. Well, you know what Brock Slater thinks? Brock Slater thinks that he's seven feet one, he thinks he's three hundred-seventy pounds, and he thinks that Marty sugar should die. "The Sug Knight" is the man that Jack Mace called "the most underrated wrestler in Northern Pro Wrestling history" - but there's no denying that Brock Slater was the most dominant force in NPW for a long time. Between the eras of Turner and Brimstone, no one was more feared than "NPW's Criminal Mind"... but do you think Sugar cares? SUGAR! SLATER! "I RESPECT YOU" MATCH! *** Wrecking Crew Wipeout Special Referee Jaime McNulty "CORRUPT" KEITH EDWARDS 'The One Man Wrecking Crew' V. "PURE POWER" RON HAVOK 'The Man-Monster of NPW' Jaime McNulty, Keith Edwards and Ron Havok had the whole world in the palm of their hands as "The Wrecking Crew"... until infighting made them fall apart and "The Rock Machine" destroyed them completely! Who's to blame? Is it the wayward McNulty, who left so suddenly without a word? Is it the arrogant and angry Edwards, who went on to become CAL World champion? Is it the "Man-Beast", who crushed everything in his path before vanishing? We might never find out... but we *will* find out who's the best between Edwards and Havok, as the two square off with McNulty as the referee! As Edwards slowly climbed the card to become the CAL World champion, Havok vanished. Does he blame Edwards for his disappearance? and does Edwards still blame the Crew for holding him back, and ruining what could have been pro wrestling's most dominant stable? *** Inferno Match ROB BRIMSTONE V. JAIME "THE GIFT" McNULTY Oh, dear. Jaime McNulty, the man who took the NPW championship from Rob Brimstone in a "Hell In A Cell", is in for one hell of a night here... because the longest-reigning NPW champion of all time is also THE MASTER OF THE INFERNO MATCH! Through the fires of the past comes Rob Brimstone, who returns to Toronto one last time to get revenge against the man who ended the longest NPW championship reign of all time... with a SLEDGEHAMMER! That's right - it took a sledgehammer and Angelina Bishop for McNulty to get the job done, and Rob Brimstone has never forgetten that. McNulty? He's been away a long time, and he's never returned to the pro wrestling fold since being stripped of his championship in the time following his victory over Brimmy! Does he still have the stuff to get the job done? Can he overcome NPW's most dominant champion in the champion's own Inferno Match? There's a ring of fire! There's "THE GIFT"! And THROUGH HELLFIRE COMES BRIMSTOOOOOOOOOOONE! *** Last NPW World Champion V. Last CAL World Champion Special Referee Kurt Richards FLARE 'The Man Of Tomorrow' V. TJ KILLINGBECK 'The Cray-Zee From Ayy-Zee' When we asked the last-ever NPW World champion who he wanted to wrestle on this show, Flare answered with only one name: TJ Killingbeck. When we asked the last-ever CAL World champion who he wanted to wrestle, he uttered a single word: Flare! That dream match was good enough for us, and now the last of the best meet in singles competition in a battle for pride and bragging rights! But just to make the deal even juicier, guess what we did? We went out and got former NPW General Manager Kurt Richards to be the Special Referee! Richards was not only the man who tried to crush Killingbeck in CRW after screwing NPW out of existence... he's also Flare's estranged father! It's the last CAL World champion taking on the last NPW World champion! It's Killingbeck! It's Flare! And it's the battle of the SHOOTING! STAR! PRESS! *** CO-MAIN EVENT In Your House Match "THE PARANOID GENIUS" CALVIN ASTROTH 'The Most Dangerous Veteran In Wrestling' V. DIREWOLF 'The Alpha Male' Could you have a final NPW show and *not* have this match as your main event? Direwolf and Astroth are the living embodiments of what NPW is all about, and their seemingly unending feud comes down to one last match as "The Alpha Male" meets "The Paranoid Genius"... IN YOUR HOUSE! One (cough) *lucky* winner of the NPW "In Your House" contest will have Direwolf and Astroth appear at their home together... and guess what? That's where they're going to FIGHT! Falls will count anywhere and everything will be legal as the sheepdog and coyote of Northern Pro Wrestling battle one last time. "Smashtroth" versus "Alpha Male Chokeslam"! Axehandle versus "Alpha Male Marking His Territory"! They've fought in a ring, in an arena, in the street, on a bridge, on A GARBAGE SCOW! And they fight again ONE! LAST! TIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIME! *** CO-MAIN EVENT Clash of the Titans "THE MACHO MUCHACHO" TIMMY FANTASTICO V. THINK TANK TURNER 'The Thinking Man's Wrestler' HOLY MACKINAW! Timmy Fantastico and Think Tank Turner, arguably the two most successful wrestlers in NPW history, go head-to-head in the most anticipated battle of the night! Hell of the YEAR! "The Macho Muchacho" and "The Thinking Man's Wrestler" each share reigns as both NPW and CAL World champions, and Jack and Regan Mace of the Mace Mob selected this match as the ultimate NPW dream match of all time! Timmy Fantastico held the CAL World and World Tag Team championships AT THE SAME TIME for record-setting reigns in the Coalition, and he dominated all comers in the CAL when he became the NPW World champion! Arguably the most successful wrestler in pro wrestling history, Fantastico has dominated everyone he ever met in the ring. Turner? He also held the CAL and NPW World titles, and was *completely* the man in NPW for the longest amount of time. Is there any better wrestler in NPW history than Thomas "Think Tank" Turner"? There might be one... and that's "The Macho Muchampion"! THINK TANK TURNER! TIMMY FANTASTICO! IT'S THE CLASH OF THE TITANS - AND THE MATCH YOU MUST NOT MISS!
