Welcome To Not By Myself!

14/07/03 - I hope you like the layout, all my other sites have been very dark and depressing layout but due to me reaching out for help over my eating disorder i decided to add abit of colour and joy to this layout. I hope you like it. Everything is FINALLY added! Yesterday i got totally sunburnt, my arms, my face, my back, my chest. I got anxious while i was out, i dont go out often and i binged and overate..oops. Anyway i'm making an appointment with the doctor today, if i keep my cool and hopefully i'll get referred, UPDATE: Wednesday at 3.40 with Dr Free. A BIG hello to all my online friends Helly, Adrienne, Sally, Adam and Lucie! ;) A BIG thank you to all the fishy's at something-fishy.org for listening to me, it means alot to know i'm not alone.
