Proletarians of all countries, unite! PRESS STATEMENT FROM THE STUDY CIRCLE IT IS RIGHT TO REBEL !
On the occasion of the massive popular demonstrations against the NATO summit, held from the 3rd to the 4th of April this year, we have successfully participated in the actions and demonstrations repudiating and rejecting this genocidal organization headed by Yankee-imperialism. We participated with an anti-imperialist contingent of Northern Germany; side by side with them - all the communists, revolutionaries and progressives - we have fought relentlessly against the Summit of the Western imperialists and their lackeys. We have participated actively in all the forms of struggle that took place, and at every moment we have raised the flag of the international proletariat with the great slogan Unite under Maoism! Our overwhelming presence has attracted great interest among the masses. Our slogan has reached thousands upon thousands of people. Comrades have even been able to give interviews to newspapers, radio and television channels from France, Ukraine, Slovakia, Slovenia and Latvia, and so on. We greet all the fighters who have battled the imperialist monster, defying the cynical and brutal repression from the police and military forces of the French and German imperialists. We condemn the indiscriminate and massive use of tear gas and shock grenades against the unarmed masses, causing serious health problems (heart attacks, neurological attacks, chocks, etc.) among elders and children. We also denounce the police, the gendarmerie and the CRS of French imperialism who have aimed directly with rocket launches against the bodies of the fighters, against all their regulations and, in spite of their intentions, luckily no one lost their life. Likewise we denounce the massive use of rubber bullets. We denounce all the arbitrary arrests and the torture against detainees. We denounce the use of armoured vehicles and military forces against civilians. We denounce the psychological campaign of imperialism that demonizes the fighters of the people and lie systematically, for example the hotel that served as headquarters of the gendarmes, and therefore was a legitimate target, is simply described as any hotel in the press. But all this repression has only served to spur the people's struggle and the masses have once again demonstrated their determination to fight and that they do not fear the hordes of imperialism. We greet all the Maoist Parties and anti-imperialist organizations that have participated in the struggle. We greet in particular the sons and daughters of the deepest French proletarian masses who joined us in the fight and whose class-hatred against imperialism was concretized in magnificent actions. This great struggle is further proof that we are in the new wave of the world proletarian revolution, within the strategic offensive of the world revolution and therefore it is proved that the revolution is the principal historical and political tendency. The peoples of the world need the revolution and also in old Europe itself the banner of Maoism is flying in fierce struggle against imperialism, revisionism and reaction. THE PERPETRATOR OF GENOCIDE ROBERT GATES--THE YANKEE DEFENSE MINISTER--ADMITS THAT THE SOUTHERN COMMAND LEADS THE "LOW INTENSITY WAR" AGAINST THE PEOPLE'S WAR IN PERU
Today, March 20th 2009, European newspapers inform that the admiral James Stavridis goes from being chief of the Southern Command of the United States’ armed forces to being Chief Commander of the NATO and of the United States’ armed forces in Europe. According to this yankee perpetrator of genocide, the defense minister Robert Gates: “Especially, Admiral Stavridis had to be appointed to this new post, because as commander of the United States armed forces for the Southern Hemisphere (Yankee imperialism’s Southern Command – our note), he has taken care to coordinate the military operations and the civilian activities”. And this is the “new strategy” that the Yankee imperialists wish to pursue with renewed efforts in Afghanistan, to try to revert the defeats that the resistance of the Afghan people inflicts upon them. Stavridis, as a Navy official, has no other experience of land warfare than what he acquired in Latin America, especially in leading the counter-subversive war – as “low intensity war” – against the people’s war led by the Communist Party of Peru (PCP). When the perpetrator of genocide Gates refers to the other perpetrator of genocide Stavridis’ experience as being decisive in his new appointment, he is recognizing that he has led (“coordinated”) the so-called “Operation New Horizons” (“civil activity”) and the plan “Excellency”. Thus, this official declaration from Yankee imperialism equals a public confession – that Yankee imperialism directly leads the “low intensity war” and therefore the campaign of encirclement and annihilation that the enemy has called “Excellency”. A campaign of encirclement and annihilation that the PCP, all-embracingly leading the PLA (People’s Liberation Army), has crushed. The international proletariat and the peoples of the World express their class hatred and reject and condemn the genocide of the Zionist state of Israel against the Palestinian people, a genocide that is part of Yankee imperialism’s plan for the Middle East and for the continuation of the war of aggression against the Arab peoples. To guarantee their continued plunder of the Middle East and in a hopeless intent to hold back, repress and divide the revolutionary masses, they apply their genocidal plan of “peace accords” and “dialogue”, just like in other parts of the world. At the same time, they systematically try to divide the Palestinian people with their plans for creating two separate Palestinian states, one in Gaza and one on the West Bank.
