Northern State Parkway:
Exit 28 South(Willis Ave.). Take Willis Ave for 2.5 Miles to First Street turn Right. Proceed to Hospital.
Long Island Expressway:
Exit 37 South(Willis Ave). Turn Right at First Street. Proceed to Hospital.
Long Island Rail Road:
To Mineola Station. Cross Viaduct heading North tward First Street. Turn Left at Second Street. Proceed to Hospital.
