Gan's 1999 Toyota Camry CE

Gan Sourivong AKA "tailgate." Every time this guy drives a car, he's usually within 3 feet of the car in front of him. I don't know about you guys but that's a very close to be at when driving ON THE FREEWAY !!! And when someone changes into his lane (in front of him) he doesn't start slowing down until the car in front of him is about a few feet away. Which puts him all the way up there with the "Jesse Roll." (check Jesse Chen's info for more details). And just look at him on the left picture, throwing gang signs, better watch out, he might jump you with his hopsing homies one day.
