The Queen arrived at the Legislative Assembly building shortly after
noon.
She was accompanied by Prince Phillip, Prime Minister Chretien, Governor-
General Adrienne Clarkson, and other dignitaries.
She met some onlookers before continuing inside to address the Assembly.
