There's many reasons why Nuriko turned out to be my favorite seishi. One of the reasons is his way of talking. His way of talking is funny and that made him my favorite seishi of all the seven. There's one big reason on why he's my favorite. That he's a cross-dresser! At first I liked him because he was a she! I love females that have a magical powers such as strength strength, because all the anime mostly have clumsy type heroine. As the series went on I've discovered something, well not me but Miaka discovered that he is a man. A MAN, I said to myself! WOW!! That makes things better!     Okay not to get you confused or anything but I am a female, please do not consider me as a male. Now back to my thoughts. As the Fushigi Yuugi stories goes on and Miaka is finding a way back home we discovered Nuriko's story on why he dress liked a she. Her little sister Kourin, had passed away. That is the reason he dresses like a female because he doesn't want to forget his sister.     I love the way Nuriko treats Tamahome and Tasuki as his brothers ^_^ Since Nuriko is 18 and Tamahome and Tasuki is 17, Nuriko perfectly fits the big brother type. This was also one of the reasons I love Nuriko. But all heros have to face challenging events. The day Nuriko dyed was sad for me because I wouldn't be able to see the happy-go-lucky cross-dresser type of a man anymore. I hated Ashitere because he killed Nuriko but after seeing it over and over again I understand it was Nakago who ordered it...but still he killed Nuriko!!
