** Aerobics with Weights:  (use 1 -2 lb. weights)

   After a grapevine, add one of the following:
      3 knee lifts and bring the opposite elbow across toward the knee
      3 hamstring curls and bicep curls
      3 side extensios and side shoulder press

   Add arm pattens to knee lifts:
             overhead press
             chest press
             chest extension
             side shoulder press
             bicep curls
