When displayed with the flag of
another nation on a flagpole fitted with a yardarm, the New Zealand Flag

If used on a pike, the first quarter
of the New Zealand Flag should be placed in the position nearest the top of
the pike. When carried the pike should be held straight up so that the flag

flags. When two or more flags are carried
side-by-side, the New Zealand Flag takes the position of honour on the right
hand end of the line facing the direction of movement. |
