Arnelette earned his BS Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Sto. Tomas. Later he completed the Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management. He has been employed by Intel for almost 27 years, actually his first job (and never left the company since then). He started as a Process Engineer in Assembly/manufacturing operations. He held various management positions in the company in Production, Materials, Logistics and Facilities just to name a few. He is currently the Public Affairs Manager for Intel Technology Philippines, Inc.
Arnelette has been grateful to Intel for a lot of good reasons. But foremost of all because he met his better half - Nonie while she was working with Intel. She resigned immediately after having their first child to concentrate on motherhood. Now that their kids are grown up, she is into real estate practice (licensed broker). Nasobrahan ang concentration - so now they have 4 kids - Their eldest ( Paula) 19 years old just graduated in College, apology to our classmates, sa Ateneo de Manila. Second daughter ( Anna), 17 years old, is going on her second year (apology again) sa Ateneo de Manila din. Third daughter ( Christa), 16 years old just graduated high school, still deciding kung sa DSLU o Ateneo papasok. Their bunso ( Jeshia), 12 years old, just graduated elementary, studying at Elizabeth Seton School.
He still visits his hometown, Rosario regularly. The new STAR tollway from Sto. Tomas to Lipa gives him opportunity na makitang madalas ang DLS-Lipa. He is happy that it has really grown but sad that the place have turned into a busy commercial place.
