BBQ (many people call it the “Barbie”) is an outdoor cooking.    It is an easy thing for people to join together and have easy food as you can put anything you like on the BBQ oven. 

BBQ has become one of the Australians’ lifestyle, particularly on a sunny day.  The Australians do the BBQ in the garden of their house, and sometimes they do the BBQ in public places which the BBQ ovens are provided.   It is very convenient.   However, some public BBQ ovens are free of charge and some are not. 

The National BBQ Day is  7^th September of every year as September is Spring, so it is a very nice time for the “Barbie”.   This is to prove that BBQ is very popular and it is the Aussie lifestyle.
