More About Me
That you have chosen to know more about me, I am really grateful and I appreciate those few minutes you'd spend here.
I really do not have an interesting family background. It has been a story of broken family, poverty and instability. By divine arrangement, I am the first son of my father (also, his second child). Before and after my birth, my parents -- Mr Gabriel Olaiya Obasemo and Mrs Margaret Musa-Obasemo -- had other affairs that culminated in the birth of their other children. In all, my father has four wives and my mother is the second ex-wife. Also, my mother married three men (my father being the second ex-husband), at different times, and she gave birth to five children. I am her fourth child (and second son).
With a modicum of reasoning ability, I believe you can understand the nexus about my background. I grew up with my mum, under her care and supervision; hence, she predominantly nurtured my personality from childhood. However, I also stayed and grew away from home -- in schools and in relatives' houses (basically because of the proximity of their residence to my schools). As a result, my whole life has been a by-product of, primarily, the special favour of God and the goodwill of people -- most of whom are not my blood relatives, including you!!!
Over time, I have come to realise 12 core values of life, which I usually try to manifest, viz:
Brevity of Time; Power of Perseverance; Reward of Hardwork; Importance/Dignity of Simplicity;
Worth of Character; Fruit of Kindness; Power of Example; Call of Duty/Responsibility;
Value of Wisdom; Virtue of Patience; Development of Talent; Importance of Creativity.

And, thereafter, be a "teacher of Civil Engineers".
