Report 13

Ofunato is a warm and welcoming community northeast of Tokyo, and, although I have already shared with you pictures of Ofunato, I would like to also share with you some of the adventures my group enjoyed there.

Members of our host families greeted us at a reception later. This is Cindy with her host family.

We visited city hall where we were welcomed by the mayor and many other city officials.

The drummers then invited the Americans on stage to try drumming. What fun!
