Day 6

The national elections for members of the House of Councillors was held today, Sunday, June 25th. This is like an election for members of our Congress. 

Several voters entered this elementary school today, Sunday, June 25th, to vote.

This is a candidate campaigning in Kyoto, Japan.  He had many young people working for him.

Women do run for office in Japan.

The politicians make signs similar to those of politicians in America.
